Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and optionally your email address and postcode. We collect this because we cannot deliver a parcel without it.

We do not collect card details. Orders are paid cash on delivery or by direct bank transfer, so no payment information passes through this website.

Solely to process, pack, deliver and follow up on your order, and to talk to you if something goes wrong with it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

The courier delivering your parcel receives your name, address and phone number, because the delivery cannot happen otherwise.

Your order details pass through the services that run this shop: our website host, our database provider, and the service that sends order confirmation emails. They process this data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

The items in your bag are stored in your own browser, on your own device. They are not sent to us and we cannot see them until you actually place an order.

Clearing your browser data will empty your bag.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounts and for handling any later return or complaint. After that they are deleted.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email fukuulab@gmail.com and we will action it, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed sale.

If you would rather we did not keep your email address after your order arrives, just say so and we will remove it.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
