Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Tell us within that window and we will guide you through it.

After 7 days we do not accept returns or exchanges.

The tee must come back unworn and unwashed, with its tags still attached and in its original packaging.

Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or that carry perfume or smoke odour will not be accepted.

Size exchanges are the most common request and we are happy to do them, subject to the replacement size being in stock.

If your size is no longer available we will offer you a different design of the same value or a refund, whichever you prefer.

If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or is simply not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not pay any delivery cost in that case.

Message us on WhatsApp or email fukuulab@gmail.com with your order name, your phone number, and a short note on what you would like to do.

Do not send anything back before speaking to us. We need to confirm the return first so the parcel does not go missing.

We are not liable for any damages incurred due to violation of our guidelines.

For a change of mind, the return delivery cost is yours to cover. For a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we cover it.

The original delivery charge is refunded only where the fault was ours.

Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick check, we process the refund within 7 working days.

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, so we will ask for your account details at that point. Bank transfer orders are refunded to the account the payment came from.
